Stephanie & Steven | A Classic Mountain Wedding | Blue Mountain Resort | Lehigh Valley Wedding Photographer

Stephanie and Steven’s classic mountain wedding at Blue Mountain Resort was everything I adore about photographing weddings. From the delicate handpicked details, to the heartfelt ceremony, and the amazing celebration, everything was absolutely perfect!

There is nothing I love more than walking into a bridal suite and seeing my bride surrounded by her best friends and family. I immediately felt welcomed and loved by all of her bridesmaids—one of which even let me use her room to photograph Stephanie’s details in—this was a true gift since the lighting in her room was amazing!

Stephanie’s color palette of dusty pinks, mauve, greens, and white made for such romantic and airy images. I just love how she tied the different shades pinks together through her bridesmaids’ gowns!

Getting ready was filled with so many emotional moments like when Stephanie’s mom got teary-eyed while zipping her into her wedding gown and when the couple read letters from one another during their private gift exchange. One of my favorite moments was Stephanie’s “first look” with her bridesmaids. I just love the joy and awe on everyone’s faces when the see Stephanie in her gorgeous Hayley Paige wedding gown for the first time.

Steven and Stephanie shared a First Look upon the terrace outside of the Vista Ballroom at Blue Mountain Resort. I just love when couples take this time to have a few moments prior to the ceremony to see one another and love on each other before the big moment! It’s so sweet to see them interact in this moment just for the two of them.

Shortly after their First Look, we found a location with gorgeous light for portraits of them, followed by their bridal party. That time always goes so quickly; the saying is so true—time does fly when you’re having fun!

Their ceremony was outside overlooking the incredible views at Blue Mountain Resort. One of my favorite parts of this venue is how long the walkway to the ceremony site is. The anticipation builds as the recessional begins. Steven absolutely lit up when he saw Stephanie walking down the aisle with her father. It was an emotional moment as Stephanie’s parents jointly gave her away to begin her life as the newest Mrs. Londono. Father St. George officiated the ceremony while Stephanie and Steven shared their own heartfelt vows. it was almost impossible not to get emotional when hearing their words to one another. They spoke of their beautiful past, the present importance of their wedding day, and their promises for the future.

Their reception was amazing and so full of life! The party began immediately as the dance floor was opened prior to dinner service. It was obvious that everyone was so ready to celebrate Stephanie and Steven! It was an incredible party!

During the reception, Stephanie and Steven allowed us to sneak them out for a few quick portraits at the overlook at Blue Mountain Resort. Just as the sun was slipping below the mountains, Steven and Stephanie took a few moments to themselves. What a gift to take a few moments of solitude to reflect on their wedding day.

Steven and Stephanie, thank you so much for trusting us to capture your day. I hope you enjoy seeing your wedding day vision come to life through the beautiful images of your special day.
